Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SABY CRM software and the related services we provide. By engaging us to set up or host your CRM, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We customise and deliver a branded CRM for your business, and — depending on your plan — host and maintain it on your behalf. Specific deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed with you before we begin.

Plans and payment

The Managed plan is billed yearly and includes hosting, updates and support. Larger teams with custom needs can move to a tailored Enterprise plan. Fees are payable as agreed. Prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and may be subject to VAT.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, and we maintain regular backups. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Availability and support

We work to keep your CRM available and to resolve issues promptly. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided over email and WhatsApp.
